Learning fight winning moves in martial arts

There are a number of moves in martial arts that can help you win any fight no matter where or which part of the world you are in. You can try some of the trapping moves. You can enable your attacker to raise upwards and bring his limbs to a position from where you can try to hit him. This move involves pinning your attacker from his arm and chest and then to try and hit him on his chest area repeatedly when he is very much immobilized. This may always give you enough time so that you may get a chance to overcome your attacker. One of the biggest misconceptions is that sports that involves high kicks like taekwondo never work on streets. In most of the street fights one would rarely give an upper hand and try throwing your opponent on the ground. Avoid to kick high head but one can always aim at the groin or stomach area to get better result.

Try hitting your opponent in some of the most painful areas. Try punching him on his throat, or even kick him in the groin. Stab his eyes or his finger tips. You need to keep in mind that street fights are barbaric form of fights so try to deliver much pain to your opponent so that he may never strike you back. You need to maintain proper distance from your attacker on the street. Try to block all of the incoming strikes. Try protecting yourself by blocking incoming attacks.

Some Martial Arts tips for the beginners

Jab & Cross Punch

To hit a jab one has to keep the other hand for the protection from a counter attack and then get ready to hit a cross punch by giving a twist to your back foot. While doing a jag quickly pull your hand back to protect yourself at the time of cross punch. Tis rule is applicable to all the four types of punches.

Hook Punch

While performing a Hook Punch keep your shoulder a bit high and punch from your guards, which will restrict your enemy to reach your body which is a drawback of this movement. To perform this act properly one have to do homework with the elbow first. 

Uppercut Punch

While doing an uppercut, aim towards the chest or chin of your opponent, and make your elbow tight in order to protect your side. The feet are the actual power providers to the punch . it more like hitting a nail by the hammer where the power is all put at the end and it gets transferred into the whole body of the nail. 

Elbows

These are the strongest areas in a body and always make a very effective hit. Boxers are the ones who make an optimum use of these parts of the body. By keeping the elbow tight to your arm pit can be a protector at times and also help in making the hook punch better and more effective. 

Knees

A knee attack can be made even without a hold on your opponent. While making this short concentrate more on putting the force forward and not upward. This will lead to a better knee short and an improvement in the flexibility of hips and movement of kicks.

Quality Vs Quantity

Before getting into details let`s first know about some basic training concepts. It is much more important to concentrate more on the quality instead of the quantity of practice. It is better to train for 20 minutes with sincerity than an effortless training for 1 hour like golfers, who hit some 500 balls per day to get rid of frequent injuries but as per experts an intense and focus hit to 100 balls is enough.

Therefore, it is good to practice focused 1oo kicks in a day instead of practicing 500 without any intensity. A less but focused practice may lead to a good technical knowledge about the move you are performing pr have learnt. Hence one should make it a point to concentrate more on the quality than quantity, because a focused less can be far more than a distracted more.

You can also keep a watch on your progress by rating yourself on a scale of ten. You can start by warning up at level five and then later increase it eventually to 6, 7, 8 and so on.  You can take a rough idea by counting the number of repetitions in say two minutes. This will enable you to concentrate more on the perfection attained on the moves than the number of times one has practiced it.

Learn Martial Arts online

This is an excellent skill to be learnt and after a fortnight it becomes a part of daily routine. By learning this art online will have a greater rate of progress than attending a class for a day or two in a week. Ten minutes in the beginning can be a good start and they are even easy to spare. 

Manage and target yourself in a way that you should have a goal towards the art and a determination to learn it. Do remember the fact that it is always necessary to make efforts for the thing you want to achieve, just thinking can`t help you in any way to achieve your want. Therefore to become a good fighter you have to plan his actions, regular sparring, pad sessions, conditioning, weight training etc.
