As most students are just not aware of where you shall be teaching them, so try to avoid hiring any unprofessional place. There are a number of professional and successful instructors who are always preferring to teach students in school campus or church hall.

When teaching martial arts, avoid being the master of the game and don’t waste your time for the sake of rank. Most people simply don’t want to know how good you are, they just want to ensure that you are capable of teaching them. You also have to try and advertise your services so portray yourself as a humble guy. You just have to make your students feel that you can teach them better style as compared to others.
