Most people don’t understand the difference between martial arts tournaments and street fights. Tournament fights has nothing that is common to the street fights. The players are trained to gain more number of points when participating in any martial arts tournaments but when fighting on the streets they are trained to kill or defend by hurting others. Most tournaments are designed such that they are very much family friendly and are more like sporting events. These are organized within the supervision of coaches and referees so there are a number of rules and regulations that each and every player has to follow. When participating in tournaments you get a chance to win a number of certificates and trophies. The atmosphere is never too much stressed and players simply like to enjoy the game. When participating in any street fight you may never have to follow any set of rules or regulations. Your opponents can attack you at any given period of time and the attack can always be very much brutal. So you get scored in a street fight if you can damage your opponents. When fighting on the streets you may never get a chance to prove your talents with fancy kicks or punches. So if you are involved in such a street fight then the best option is to try and get away from it as soon as possible.
