February 26th, 2010 · No Comments

There are lots of difference between martial arts and street fight. But not many people understand the real difference between them. Street fights also do not have common traits that are shared with Tournaments. Martial Arts program requires vigorous training in order to get more number of points while street fighting most often involves hurting or killing one another in order to defend them. There are lots of friendly tournaments and these are like sporting events. These tournaments have referees who control the game and also takes care that there is no real fight between the players. A referee of a tournament enforces strict rules and he asks the players to follow them very strictly. Any disobedience may cause the player to be disqualified from the game. When people participate in a tournament they are regarded as a sports person and winners get certificates and trophies. The environment is also so great and players never feel the stress of the game. A street fight is so harsh and there are absolutely no rules of the game! One would act harshly at any point of time and there isn’t any place for control! It is better to avoid street fights which is a worse form of aggression.
