When practicing martial arts it is important that you understand the importance of maintaining right distance with your opponents. This is one of the main factors that might help you in staying too close or too far or even trying to protect yourself from getting injured. In martial arts distance is very crucial as if you are just too far then you might not be able to damage your opponent and if you move too close then you might get hurt by your opponent.
